Job Summary
We seek a curious and insightful professional who understands customer needs and market drivers. Your role involves translating these insights into compelling stories that inform growth strategies, enhance product development, and communicate PayPal’s value proposition to improve customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Translate business problems into research briefs.
* Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic deliverables.
* Monitor market developments and communicate their impact to PayPal leadership.
* Support strategic projects and facilitate cross-functional discussions.
* Collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to synthesize insights.
* Present research findings clearly to aid executive decision-making.
Qualifications
* 2-3 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or competitive intelligence.
* Preferably an MBA or quantitative degree from a top institution.
* Experience in financial services, technology, or e-commerce is advantageous.
* Strong strategic, analytical, and synthesis skills.
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
* Proven track record of delivering results.
