Responsibilities
* Identify the training needs of employees by working closely with department heads, Managers, and HR.
* Create training programs and materials tailored to the specific roles and requirements within the warehouse.
* Develop and oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
* Implement safety training programs to ensure all employees are aware of and follow safety protocols and procedures.
* Maintain accurate training records and documentation to ensure compliance and track employee progress.
* Foster a culture of learning and development within the warehouse team.
* Develop cross-training programs to ensure employees can perform multiple roles, improving flexibility and operational resilience.
* Manage the training budget effectively, including allocating resources for training programs and materials.
* Develop and implement diversity and inclusion training programs to promote a diverse and equitable workforce.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in training and development, including management and program design.
* Strong understanding of 21learning principles and training methodologies.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
* Budget management experience.
