Supervisor– Black Sheep Coffee
Hours: 40 Contracted Hours Per Week – Full Time
Pay: £13.15 per hour
Rota: Varied shifts Monday–Sunday, including opening and closing shifts

We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and driven individuals to join our team as a Supervisor — a hands‑on role combining barista excellence with supervisory responsibilities.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality or retail who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading by example.
What You'll Do
* Prepare exceptional coffee and beverages, including espresso calibration and latte art
* Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable customer experiences
* Support the day‑to‑day running of the store, including opening and closing procedures
* Act as a key holder, ensuring security, compliance, and operational standards are maintained
* Lead shifts confidently and support the wider team during busy periods
* Assist with training and motivating team members to deliver brand standards
* Handle cash management, cash‑ups, and banking procedures accurately
* Support stock ordering, deliveries, and maintaining product availability
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and store presentation
* Communicate effectively with the management team and support operational goals
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in coffee, hospitality, retail, or food service
* Supervisory or key holder experience preferred
* A positive attitude with strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Passion for customer service and quality coffee
* Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
