Revit MEP Coordinator
Location: Bolton
Role: Permanent preferred (Contract considered)
Salary: Circa £40,000
An established Building Services MEP business in Bolton is preparing for a busy delivery period, with several projects forecast to start imminently. As part of this growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to support in-house design and coordination on these projects and the wider projects that the business has secure and is tendering for currently.
The Role
You will be working across a portfolio of Commercial projects including both fit out and new build projects. You will be delivering a full HVAC fitout and taking a project from RIBA Stage 4 to 5. Projects are not just delivered locally in Bolton or even in the North West - this company has a national project footing.
This role suits a technically strong Revit user who can operate confidently within an office-based design team, who ideally has contractor lead coordination from a previous role - although this is preferred and not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Producing and coordinated MEP models using Revit
HVAC layouts, coordination, and clash detection
Supporting delivery as part of a wider design team
Working closely with project managers and engineers
Maintaining drawing and model quality to programme deadlines
Making amendments when issues are found on siteRequirements
Proven experience using Revit MEP
Strong HVAC background within building services
Almost entirely Revit MEP Coordination duties
Some AutoCAD work required
Ability to work office-based
Experience on commercial or public-sector projects preferredWorking Arrangements

40 hours per week
Core hours 9:00-5:00, Monday to Friday
