Job Title: Part‑Time Telesales Executive (Seasonal)
Hours: 6 hours per week (flexible, seasonal/part‑time)
Location: Remote
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team on a seasonal, part‑time basis. The role involves contacting and following up on customer enquiries relating to caravan sales, with the aim of converting leads into appointments and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact inbound caravan sales enquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
* Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
* Book appointments for the sales team and encourage site visits
* Follow up on previous enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
* Work towards weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions
* Provide excellent customer service and represent the business positively
Skills & Experience
* Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred
* Confident and clear telephone manner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently
* Basic computer skills (CRM systems or similar preferred)
* Interest in holiday homes or caravan sales is an advantage
