In this dynamic role, you’ll take ownership of key lean projects, working closely with senior leaders to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, lean maturity, and cost efficiency. Your efforts will directly influence our strategic response to shifting volumes, helping us stay agile, competitive, and future-ready. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support lean transformation projects focused on improving operational efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing value delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement lean tools and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping). Track and report progress against productivity and cost-reduction targets. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build lean capability across departments. Support the development and execution of the Swindon lean transformation roadmap. Assist in maturity assessments and benchmarking activities. Prepare project documentation, including charters, A3s, and visual management boards. Work closely with senior transformation leaders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Other duties as assigned The Candidate: Experience in lean transformation, continuous improvement, or operational excellence. Proven ability to lead small to medium-sized projects or workstreams. Strong understanding of lean principles and tools. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent) is desired.
