1. Role: Payroll Administrator
2. Start: ASAP
3. Contract Type: Temporary until February
4. Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
5. Pay: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour
6. Location: Dartford (fully office based), free parking on-site
Duties:
7. Processing payroll figures accurately using Excel
8. Ensuring leave is correctly calculated and processed
9. Sending out biweekly and monthly pay slips to employees
10. Processing updates to employee records efficiently
11. Uploading payroll data for our external payroll provider to process seamlessly
Who You Are:
12. You have experience with payroll processes and a solid understanding of Excel
13. You're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
14. You can start immediately and commit to the role for approx. 5 months
