We are excited to announce new opportunities to join the Community Asthma Service for Children and Young People within the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative (MSECC).
The MSECC brings together the main providers for community services: Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT), North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT), and Provide Community Interest Company CIC, forming a Community Health Services Provider Collaborative.
We now seek experienced asthma nurses to provide expert advice and education to support diagnosis and management of asthma in children and young people within the community setting.

Role Responsibilities
* The Community Community Asthma Nurse (CCAN) will work autonomously, managing a caseload across various Mid and South Essex clinics, collaborating with the Community Collaborative and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized patient care.
* The CCAN will assess care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate care programs independently, and teach registered and non-registered nursing staff, educational professionals, and families.

Role Development
