Role Description
This is a full-time Marketing Manager role based in central London. The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for a portfolio of nine Radisson Blu hotels, strengthening brand recognition, driving direct business, and increasing customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will directly manage a team of two Marketing Executives, leading, mentoring, and managing to ensure their performance, development, and delivery align with overall marketing objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing content for online channels, design and collateral creation, monthly reporting, and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
* Marketing strategy development and campaign management experience
* Expertise in content marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising
* Skills in communication and storytelling to craft compelling brand messages
* Proficiency in analytics platforms to track and assess channel performance and drive data-driven strategies
* Strong project management, organisational abilities, and multitasking skills
* Experience in hospitality or a related industry preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Flexible and collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering meaningful guest experiences
