Job Title: Bench Joiner Location: Doncaster Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:45am to 5:00pm | Friday – 7:45am to 1:00pm We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Bench Joiner to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced craftsperson who takes pride in producing high-quality joinery work. You’ll be working in a well-equipped workshop, creating bespoke joinery products to precise specifications. Key Responsibilities * Manufacture and assemble bespoke joinery items from technical drawings and specifications. * Work with a variety of materials including hardwoods, softwoods, and sheet materials. * Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively. * Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project deadlines. * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. * Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to deliver excellent results. Requirements * Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar woodworking role. * Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Confident using woodworking machinery and hand tools. * Good understanding of health and safety procedures. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
