Product Director (Energy/Utilities) - £125,000-£135,000 + Bonus + Shares - London (Hybrid)
Uneek have partnered with a global technology company to support them in their search for a Product Director to take ownership of delivering a key project. They're looking for someone to lead the go-to-market and packaging strategy for a suite of CRM and Billing solutions.
What You'll Do
* Own the go-to-market strategy for an integrated portfolio of Billing and CRM products.
* Translate complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes and market value.
* Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and CX leaders to drive growth and adoption.
* Lead competitive positioning, packaging, and messaging across the product suite.
* Work hands-on with CRM and Billing platforms to understand functionality and shape positioning.
About You
* Experience in Energy/Utilities.
* Strong understanding of Customer Experience, CRM, and Call Centre operations.
* Exposure to Billing systems, pricing, or rate design.
* Working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills.
* Comfortable getting hands-on installing, configuring, and experimenting with software.
* Background in Product Management in a technology or utilities context.
