As a Forecast & Planning Team Leader, you will provide vital support in preparing, updating, and refining demand forecasts for all drinks across a rolling 12‑month horizon. Working alongside the Forecast & Demand Planning Manager, you will contribute to the S&OP process, collaborating with teams in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Procurement to help maintain forecast accuracy, meet customer service targets and support inventory management goals.

Responsibilities
* Assist in reviewing and updating forecasts, identifying adjustments when necessary.
* Prepare and maintain weekly data reports on accuracy, bias and stock values.
* Help create presentations for senior management on performance trends.
* Support the rolling forecast process for all customers and business units.
* Contribute to planning requirements for own‑bred products.
* Work with supply chain and commercial teams to coordinate promotional volumes.
* Support the introduction and discontinuation of factored products in collaboration with Procurement and Commercial teams.
* Collect and analyse sales history, market trends, seasonality, promotions and inventory data to assist in forecast creation.
* Help monitor and track key planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy and bias.
* Assist in monthly S&OP meetings and collaborative forecast discussions with sales teams and key customers.
* Participate in continuous improvement of forecasting techniques and use of statistical models/software.
* Team lead for the Off‑Trade administrator team.
What You’ll Bring
* Ability to interpret sales history, market trends, seasonality and promotions to support accurate forecasts.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and S&OP processes.
* Detail‑oriented with analytical and mathematical aptitude.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently when needed.
* Experience or ability to manage administrative support teams.
