Children’s Panel Solicitor
Location: Leicester
Our well established client is seeking a Children’s Panel Solicitor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
As Children’s Panel Solicitor will have the ability to offer clear, practical advice while offering compassionate support. The successful Children’s Panel Solicitor will have strong advocacy experience and a passion for the work you do and the impact this has on society.
Key responsibilities:
* Working across a wide range of childcare legal proceedings including:
* Care proceedings
* EPO’s
* Special guardianship and adoption matters
* Private law applications to include rule 16.4 instructions
* Separate representation of competent children.
Key Skills/ Experience:
* 5+ years’ PQE
* Experience across Care proceedings, EPO’s, special guardianship and adoption
