Offer description

9 – 5.30. Except when on the early shift. The early shift runs from 8 – 4.30 and the engineers share this on a rota basis. There may be times when out of hours work is required but this will be agreed with the engineer prior to being booked in.

In all roles we are looking for someone who will fit into our team and has excellent customer service. We are just as much a customer service company as we are technical so this is very important to us.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

A team player happy to help out at any level of the business.


1 ST Line


Technical Ability

A keen interest in IT but no technical knowledge necessary, we will deliver the necessary training. However, a candidate would be preferred if familiar with:

* Mac experience useful


Role

* Taking first line support queries from our base of 150 customers, businesses ranging from 1 - 60 people.
* Provisioning IT equipment and software – PC’s, routers, wifi, printers, new users, Office 365.
* Going out onsite to install and configure necessary equipment and software.
