The Role
As Associate Director for the North region, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Property Managers and an Operations Manager, ensuring exceptional service delivery across a diverse portfolio. You’ll play a key part in shaping strategic decisions, driving operational excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with clients—particularly Resident Management Companies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing your team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
* Overseeing operational delivery across the Northern region, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and service quality.
* Supporting business growth by integrating new developments into the portfolio and contributing to strategic planning.
* Promoting continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance.
* Acting as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and managing escalated issues.
* Delivering regular reports and insights to the senior leadership team, using data to inform decisions.
The Person
We’re looking for a confident, proactive leader with a background in block or estate management, strong commercial awareness, and a people-first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, change-focused environment and be skilled at both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.
You should bring:
* Experience leading and developing property or operations teams.
* A clear understanding of the financial, regulatory, and operational requirements of residential estate management.
* Strong client relationship skills, particularly with RMCs and key stakeholders.
* A passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
