Key Responsibilities To read and interpret tender specifications and create associated base estimating models from master bespoke estimating models. Identify and model any opportunities for competitive edge including the evaluation methodologies provided by each client. Conduct site visits seeking out and learning from experts to strengthen model validity creating further opportunities for the tender submission. Presenting tender estimating models at pricing meeting and monitor the effectiveness of the model improving as necessary.
