We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Full-Time Pool Service Technician to join our expanding service division.

The Pool Service Technician Role:
Based in West Sussex, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a portfolio of sophisticated luxury swimming pools at prestigious locations across the UK. This is a role that combines technical skill with outstanding customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities of the Pool Service Technician:
Perform routine pool cleans and chemical balancing.
Execute annual services and preventative maintenance checks.
Carry out diagnostics and fault-finding on complex pool plant systems (filtration, heating, dosing, etc.).
Undertake repairs and equipment replacements.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, representing the luxury brand of Compass Pools.
Manage your own workload, including accurate job reporting and efficient communication with the Service Office.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, DOE (Depending on Experience).
