JOB TITLE: Senior Research Manager (Commercial focus)
SALARY: £45k - £55k + bonus

KEY DUTIES
Lead quantitative and qualitative project phases from design, analysis and data storytelling to debriefs and workshops ensuring actionable insights.
Identify and win new clients, build relationships, and deliver valuable research across multiple industry sectors.
Develop pipeline, track activity, monitor market trends, and represent the agency at events effectively.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experienced in market research and business development, successfully winning B2B clients across multiple sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaborative skills, building credibility with senior stakeholders and research teams.
