Southport College is urgently seeking an experienced Lecturer in Carpentry and Joinery to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis to provide sickness cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to deliver high-quality teaching and support to learners within our construction provision.
Key Details:
* 28 hours per week
* Working Monday to Thursday
* 4-week temporary assignment
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and practical carpentry and joinery sessions
* Support and assess learners to achieve their full potential
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive workshop environment
Requirements:
* Relevant industry experience in carpentry and joinery
* Recent experience teaching within FE or similar
* Strong communication and organisational skills
