The area
The South Lodge Hotel is a welcoming community pub located in the small cathedral city of Ripon. The pub is situated in a desirable, residential area approximately half a mile south of the centre of Ripon. There is a broad mix of residents in the area to appeal to, as well as strong passing trade.
Demographics:
The pub benefits from being one of two pubs found in an area of around 3962 adults. The majority customer base is made up of midlife families with young children and mature adults.
The offer
Available on our management agreement, Just Add Talent, the pub has a tried and tested food & drinks offer. The refurbishment will allow for food to make up 23% of the pubs total sales.
