We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programmes Coordinator to join the Executive MBA (EMBA) Office. This is a varied and fast-paced role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a globally recognised Executive MBA experience. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of programme activities and events, helping to maintain the exceptional standards of service and professionalism associated with CJBS, while working closely with a diverse and international community of students, faculty, and partners. About the role: The EMBA office runs the operations, course delivery, events, faculty support and student services for the Executive MBA programmes. This role will play a crucial part in course administration and event management of both small- and large-scale events, including the EMBA College dinners, Orientation Week, International Business Study Trips, Electives Week, the Cambridge Ecosystem week and Graduation. The role holder will therefore interact with a diverse customer base of professional students, faculty, and staff, as well as university and external event services. As such, the EMBA Programmes Coordinator plays a central role in the high level of customer service necessary to maintain the excellent reputation of CJBS. The ideal candidate should have the following qualities, skills and attributes: Educated to at least A level or with equivalent relevant experience. Event experience with both small and large-scale events. Course administration experience preferred. IT skills: excellent all-round ability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. (higher level skills in Excel preferred). Excellent organisational skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Skills and knowledge of eLearning technology; ease with technology and ability to suggest new ways of improving systems.
