Our client is looking for a Supported Living Manager to lead a vibrant, person-centred service supporting seven autistic adults in Rochester.
About the Role
As a Supported Living Manager, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality care and empowering both your team and the individuals you support.
You will:
* Lead and motivate a dedicated team including an Assistant Manager, three Team Leaders, and specialist support staff.
* Oversee a 24/7 supported living service operating on a 3-week rolling rota.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and person-centred environment where tenants can live fulfilling, independent lives.
* Build positive relationships with tenants, families, staff, and external professionals.
* Work collaboratively with the CQC Registered Operations Manager, Senior Management, and Quality & Compliance teams to maintain outstanding standards.
