Your new company A creative and friendly organisation with sites based across Bristol. Your new role Coordinate maintenance activities, identifying issues and implementing suitable solutions. Liaise with the Facilities Manager regarding maintenance requirements for procurement, equipment and Health & Safety matters, ensuring agreed actions are completed. Support the Facilities Manager and wider team in delivering departmental objectives, including coordinating facilities staff and temporary labour. Assist with Health & Safety tasks, including statutory checks, inspections and related documentation. Work across multiple locations, including providing support to the other Facilities Management team when required. Coordinate contractors and temporary labour, logging and tracking tasks while ensuring service providers meet required standards.What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a Facilities environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively at all levels. A proactive, forward thinking approach with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues. Strong organisational and resource planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Willingness to undertake physical tasks where required is preferred. A clean driving licence.
