Pay & Benefits
* Salary: £45,000 Basic (Top-tier package based on experience)
* Bonus: Uncapped performance bonus scheme (Realistic £50,000 OTE)
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
* Saturdays: None – Strictly No Weekend Work!

What You’ll Be Doing
As our specialized Vehicle Technician / Master Mechanic in our high-spec Tewkesbury facility, you will:
* Handle complex diagnostic routines and advanced electrical fault-finding.
* Complete high-level mechanical repairs and routine precision servicing across multi-brand vehicles.
* Conduct thorough MOT preparation and subsequent remedial work.
* Collaborate closely within a tight-knit, highly skilled team to keep the workshop running efficiently.
* Maintain clean, accurate, and professional documentation of all technical work completed.
What We Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Preferred).
* Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Diagnostic Specialist across multiple brands or within a specialist independent garage.
* Skills: Exceptional fault-finding capabilities and a commitment to "right first time" workmanship.
* Compliance: A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
* Mindset: A professional automotive enthusiast with a desire to stay ahead of modern vehicle technology and trends.
