We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our specialist provision for pupils aged 11–16 with SEMH needs and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs). About the Role:
Job Title: Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Teacher to support a small class of up to 8 students. You’ll play a key role in:
Providing academic and emotional support to pupils with SEMH needs
Assisting with tailored learning activities across core and vocational subjects
Promoting positive behaviour, resilience, and confidence
Supporting a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
