A Senior Family Solicitor is needed to manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including advocacy. The role involves handling divorce, finance, child-related matters, and domestic abuse cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage own caseload efficiently
• Provide excellent client service and maintain professionalism
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
• Participate in business development and networking
• Meet financial targets and manage billing
• Uphold client confidentiality
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Family Solicitor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to delegate and work as part of a team
• Understanding of business development and departmental finances
