We're currently looking for a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and understands how to strategically plan, create, and manage digital campaigns. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding content and results. This is an in-house role based at our Birmingham office, ideal for someone who is intelligent, quick-thinking, and confident in both communication and content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, schedule, and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to client goals
* Plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms
* Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, gather feedback, and provide regular updates
* Collaborate with internal teams to create and publish high-quality content
* Monitor platform trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly
* Create engaging copy, graphics, and short-form videos to elevate brand presence
* Use CRM tools to manage tasks, track campaign performance, and maintain client relationships
* Evaluate social media analytics and use insights to inform future strategies
* Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms
Foundational Skills:
* Strong project management and scheduling abilities
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in marketing tools and social media platforms
* Strong understanding of content strategy and basic marketing principles
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal, especially when liaising with clients
* Quick-thinking, professional, and adaptable with a proactive mindset
* A collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently
Bonus Skills (Highly Valued):
* Basic video editing skills (e.g., Reels, TikTok, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut)
* Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot,, ClickUp)
* Previous experience working in or with a marketing agency

Requirements:
* Must be located in the UK and able to reliably commute to our Birmingham office
* Minimum 1 year of social media management experience (preferred)
* Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
* A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
