Commercial Property Solicitor
Spirehouse are partnered with a Legal 500 ranked South West law firm with a strong regional reputation, who are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial Property department
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of commercial property, finance and securitisation matters, including complex title investigations, security work for commercial lenders, and high-quality drafting. Business development is a meaningful part of the role, and you'll be encouraged to grow your own network of clients and referrers.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a broad commercial property caseload to a high standard
* Handling complex drafting, title investigation and research
* Supporting colleagues during busy periods
* Working within Lexcel (or equivalent) quality frameworks
* Financial management including billing and client account procedures
What We're Looking For
* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum 2 years' PQE in commercial property
* Strong drafting and analytical skills
* Commercially minded with an understanding of business clients' needs
* Proven track record in winning new work
Desirable
* Experience acting for banks/commercial lenders on security matters
