Job Description
My client is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their high-performing consumer sales team selling into high net worth individuals. We are looking for a consultative sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a passion for premium experiences, and the drive to grow new and existing business.
Covering the South East (Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Kent, West and East Sussex), you'll thrive here if you're proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment. A proven track record working with high net worth individuals selling a premium product / service is essential.
As a Sales Account Manager Consumer, you will:
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across your territory
* Network with architects, designers and high-end Personal Trainers
* Build relationships with key people at places/events attended by 'high net worth individuals' (golf clubs, tennis clubs, charity programs, arts shows, etc.)
* Manage ongoing close client relationships
* Identify consumer leads and sales through B2B2C opportunities
* Create and present CAD visuals to clients (full training provided)
* Manage your market and pipeline in line with sales productivity standards
* Stay up to date as a product and solutions expert
* Deliver a premium customer experience, including attending key installations
* Work with finance to support proactive credit collection
* Maintain accurate CRM and quotation data
* Lead weekly pipeline reviews to drive conversion and forecast accuracy
* Monitor and report on market, segment, and territory trends.

The Successful Sales Account Manager Consumer:
* Proven track record in both account management and business development
* Proven track record selling into ultra high net worth individuals
* Proven track record selling a luxury product / luxury service
* Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
* Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills
* Experience selling into architects and designers
* A strong passion for sports and fitness / wellness
* Excellent listening, communication, and presentation abilities
* Hunger and results-driven mentality
