Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a Category Executive to join our UK Business Unit and Category Management function based in Leeds! What you'll be responsible for: Our Category Management and overall Consumer functions play an integral part in ensuring we are at the forefront of the chilled and frozen meat-free categories, delivering growth to our overall brand plan and category vision. You will be playing a key role in helping to drive accelerated growth within the meat-free category, appealing to more people and plates to have a positive impact on both people and planet. Your role will involve supporting our Category Managers in defining and delivering future category growth opportunities within our strategic retail accounts. To do so, you will utilise your analysis skills and insight from multiple data sources to grow the overall meat-free category in both the chilled and frozen sectors, managing shopper marketing activity, monthly market data reporting and the planning of retailer days within key accounts. The position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2-3 days per week along with the opportunity to work flexibly/remotely when required. What experience you'll need to have: - Initial background in the FMCG sector, ideally within Retail, Category, Marketing or Insights in either client or agency side - An inquisitive nature and be able to analyse data and create insights that inspire change - Demonstrable communication skills with ability to understand and clearly articulate the story behind data - Excellent team working ability with skill to work across multiple different stakeholders and projects at any one time - Exposure to analysing data within systems/data tools such as IRI/Circana, Neilsen, Kantar etc. - A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian or vegan to work for Quorn!
