Hays is working with an organisation within the public sector who is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a progressive and inclusive working environment, supporting employee wellbeing and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR guidance and support to managers across multiple sites
2. Lead on employee relations matters including casework and policy implementation
3. Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
4. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation
5. Contribute to organisational change and development programmes
6. Ensurepliance with employment legislation and internal policies
7. Collaborate with the wider HR team to improve service delivery
Candidate Profile:
8. Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the third or public sector
9. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
10. Excellentmunication and relationship-building skills
11. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
12. Passionate about person-led, trauma-informed HR practices
