The role requires a trustworthy individual who can work independently and maintain high cleaning and security standards. Key Responsibilities General office cleaning Cleaning staff and customer welfare areas Hoovering, mopping and dusting Cleaning washroom facilities Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards Securing the building where required Following site security and health & safety procedures Requirements Comfortable working alone and undertaking key holder responsibilities Ability to operate alarm and security systems Must use a telephone-based time and attendance system (mandatory requirement) Reliable with strong attention to detail Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential Compliance Requirements Due to the nature of the working environment, successful applicants must be able to complete: Basic DBS Check Adverse Financial Check Right to Work verification in the UK Candidates must present valid Right to Work documentation at induction.
