People Solutions are currently recruiting for a confident and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our well-established client based in Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity offering stable working hours and a supportive team environment.
Shifts: Monday – Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm
Annual Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 dependant on experience

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will assist continuous smooth running of the manufacturing plant, your duties with include (but not limited to):
1. Provide hands on technical support across mechanical and electrical control equipment
2. Lead and coordinate all site maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations
3. Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules
4. Lead daily maintenance activities, prioritising planned and reactive work
5. Diagnose and resolve equipment faults quickly to minimise production downtime
6. Manage contractors and ensure work is completed to the required standards
