An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Test and Quality Engineer based in Derby.
Role:
The successful candidate will be involved in preparing and executing test and commissioning activities for signalling systems in the field, in support of one or several projects.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Perform Testing on trackside and onboard systems, including Smartlock, Atlas & ETCS technology
* Work closely with teams across the business including with Verification and Validation teams
* Deliver communications in an open and clear manner
Essential Requirements:
* IRSE licensed tester or engineering manager
* Valid PTS
* Knowledge of contract conditions
Desirable:
* IOSH
* Familiarity with non-Network Rail organisations
* Commercial Awareness
