About the Role
We’re looking for passionate, reliable and ambitious Football Coaches to join our team. You’ll deliver high-quality sessions at our training centres across North & South London and help players thrive in both training and matches.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coaching sessions for players aged U5–U18
- Supporting player development within our attacking, possession-based philosophy
- Communicating positively with players & parents
- Coaching at midweek sessions, weekends, and matches
We’re Looking For
- Consistent availability (midweek + weekends)
- Passion & willingness to learn (training provided)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Minimum FA Level 1 qualification (or working towards – volunteers considered)
- Additional sports coaching qualifications welcome
Pay & Perks
- £12.50–£27.50/hour (depending on qualifications & experience)
- 1-to-1 coaching: From £30/hour (training provided)
- Football parties: From £30/hour
- Football camps (half-term): From £85/day
- International coaching trips: Portugal (all expenses paid + £300/5 days)
- Gothia Cup (Sweden): All expenses paid + £350/week
- Continuous CPD & FA course access
