Position: School Administrator
Hours: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Location: Liverpool
Key Responsibilities:
As the School Administrator, you will be the backbone of our school's operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
General Administration: Handle various administrative tasks to support the school's functions.
Reception Duties: Be the friendly face and voice of our school, managing a high volume of incoming calls and addressing parent's inquiries, including safeguarding issues.What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
School Office Experience: Previous experience in a school office is essential and will be highly valued.
organisational Skills: Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to interact professionally with children, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
IT Proficiency: Familiarity with common office software is a must, while experience with school-based software like SIMs or FMS is a bonus!
Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
