Michael Page are working with an established and reputable Professional Service organisation in North Leeds who operate UK nationwide. A new opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join an ever growing Finance team, with key duties overseeing weekly payment runs, supplier reconciliations and invoices to highlight a few. This permanent opportunity not far from Leeds City Centre, is salaried up to £26,000 per annum.
Job Description
As Accounts Assistant reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be successfully responsible for notably Payment Runs, Supplier Reconciliations and Processing Invoices on a daily and weekly schedule.
Alongside this will be the opportunity to support any ad-hoc business operations, alongside reconciliations in line with the Management Accounts team.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience of Processing Invoices, Weekly Payment Runs and Supplier Reconciliations.
* Can work individually and as part of a wider team.
* Comfortable with finance software such as SAGE or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Can commit to 5 days on site per week.
