We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors to support the delivery of highways and general civils projects across Scotland, operating within a Tier 1 environment.
Requirements
* Strong civils / highways background
* Experience supervising gangs and subcontractors
* Confident working behind Traffic Management
* NRSWA Supervisor ticket – highly desirable
* Strong safety leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day supervision of site activities
* Coordination of operatives and plant
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards
* Liaison with site management and delivery teams
* Supporting smooth mobilisation and ongoing delivery
