What you'll be doing:
1. Media planning: you'll lead on the creation of media plans on some of our key accounts, and support creative alignment across others. Working collaboratively with our Strategists, Data & Insight Analysts, Creatives and Client Services team.
2. Supporting growth: you'll support on account growth & new business opportunities through contribution to pitches and proving the value of media planning as well as owning relationships with our platform reps to build our offering.
3. Cross agency collaboration: you'll build strong working relationships with media agencies across key clients and help to share recommendations with them to produce media and creative social-first excellence for our clients
4. Internal support and education: you'll work with the media team to increase the understanding and relevance of media planning across the agency, as well as supporting the development of the social & beyond social expertise within the media team
Who we're looking for:
5. You've got 2 years experience in a media planning for social with an in-depth understanding of paid social channels & formats
6. You have hands-on experience building campaigns on Meta and TikTok and have had exposure to other platforms like Google AdWords, YouTube, Snapchat, X, Spotify, and Pinterest
7. You're a n analytical mind and love figuring out the best way to achieve client objectives using your creativity, problem-solving and evaluation of result
8. You're confident with numbers: this is a data-driven pursuit and you must be happy with looking at a table of figures, and spreadsheets and creating graphs and be able to tell insightful trends from what you see.
9. You're a collaborator and have experience working with multiple stakeholders to ensure media is considered from strategy into delivery
10. You're confident presenting your ideas and get a kick out of helping others understand the intricacies of media planning
