The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven sales leader who can transform and elevate service sales across EMEAI. You will take ownership of driving growth across service contracts, renewals and upgrades, while repositioning service from a reactive function to a trusted, revenue-generating partner. We are looking for someone who brings energy, credibility and passion for building a service-led commercial culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the transformation of service sales across a multi-country region
* Own and deliver revenue growth across service contracts
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on expansion and retention
* Lead and inspire a team of Service Sales Specialists (UK & Germany)
* Drive a shift to proactive, value-led service selling
* Build strong customer, OEM and partner relationships
* Navigate complex markets including France, Germany, UK, Italy and Spain
* Use CRM and data insights to improve forecasting and pipeline
* Collaborate cross-functionally to embed service commercially

What We’re Looking For
Experience and Capabilities
Experience
* Sales leadership in capital equipment or technical environments
* Strong track record in service or after-sales revenue growth
* Experience leading international teams
* Exposure to scientific instrumentation (EM, Raman, NMR desirable)
* Proven ability to drive commercial transformation
