Job Description
As Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:
3. Lead site-wide operations including Production, Manufacturing, Process Development, and Packing
4. Champion a strong Safety First culture and ensure compliance with H&S standards
5. Drive quality performance through robust process control and structured problem-solving
6. Deliver operational performance across OEE, cost, quality, and delivery metrics
7. Lead and embed Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
8. Develop people capability through coaching, performance management, and succession planning
9. Manage operational budgets, capacity planning, and waste reduction
The Successful Applicant
As an Operations Manager you will be able to demonstrate:
10. Proven Operations or Production Manager within a manufacturing environment
11. Strong experience leading multi-functional teams and complex processes
12. Track record of deploying Lean / CI tools and driving change
13. Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
14. Safety-focused, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
