Warehouse Operatives Required
Full Time Roles Available - Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm Rotating
Competitive Rates of Pay including Performance Related Pay

CTRG: Mansfield Hub are delighted to be in a brand new partnership with a leading retailer to support their warehouse recruitment in Bedford, MK42.
Main Duties
* Working to pick targets to order pick in the warehouse using LLOPs and scanners
* The work will include order picking of a number of household items, including alcohol products
* General warehousing duties such as packing, wrapping, palletising etc.
* Loading and unloading of containers
* General housekeeping and use of MHE such as PPTs and LLOPs
We are actively recruiting for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join their team on a long term / temp to perm basis and we have the following shifts available:
Shifts Available
* Rotational shift - (Apply online only) & (Apply online only) Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
* Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays - (Apply online only) (36 hours)
* Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, (Apply online only) (36 hours)
* Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays, (Apply online only) (36 hours)
Pay Rates
* Base rate 12.40 per hour
* Overtime 14.40 per hour during October, increasing to 16.40 during November and December
* Overtime paid after 37.5 hours in the week
Performance related pay is also available with up to 3 per hour additional available! Pick targets are realistic and achievable. This is an excellent opportunity for a permanent job at the end of the 3 month period with the agency and after 3 months with our client there are lots of opportunity for progression and development.
Induction We have weekly inductions available each week on a Monday, with immediate starts thereafter.
