Join to apply for the Customer Account Manager role at Stapleton’s (Tyre Services) Ltd.
This role is a permanent position operating on a 40hrs per week basis between Monday and Friday, with a rotation of 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. Following a successful training & induction period, the role will be carried out on a hybrid basis, including at least 3 days per week based in our sales offices in Warrington (Tuesday to Thursday).
The basic salary plus performance‑related bonuses for this role could be up to £35,000 plus additional benefits.
Day to day responsibilities
* Work closely with existing and new customers, building relationships and maximising sales opportunities via outbound and inbound telephone calls.
* Work towards personal and team‑driven sales and departmental targets.
* Optimise account development around new product introductions, seasonal promotions or offers, generating new and repeat sales.
Qualifications
* Someone who thrives within customer‑focused sales environments, with an emphasis upon account development, self‑motivated and able to work effectively alone as well as part of a team.
* Well organised with great communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic though genuine in approach.
* Confident, driven and professional, a true team player.
