We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Head Care Partner to join our team of Head Care Partners in the senior care sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents in care homes. As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Duties
* Supervise daily operations within the care home, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
* Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families to promote a collaborative atmosphere.
* Drive initiatives that enhance resident care and satisfaction, focusing on individual needs and preferences.
* Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's requirements.
* Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the senior care sector is essential. as is an NVQ 3 or above in health and social care.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
* Familiarity with IT systems relevant to healthcare management is an advantage.
* A compassionate approach towards residents, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.
* Ability to drive initiatives that enhance overall operational performance within the care home setting.
