This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside hands-on Directors and senior leaders, taking ownership of framework-led programmes across the healthcare and education sectors. These projects will deliver meaningful, positive impact to communities across Yorkshire and you’ll play a key role in shaping their success. About You • Experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in healthcare or education construction (will consider other sectors for right person). • Confident in tendering, procurement, and contracts (JCT and NEC experience preferred). • Skilled collaborator with a background in multi-stakeholder projects, particularly within the public sector. • Passionate about sustainability, Net Zero delivery, ESG, and carbon reduction. • Excellent communicator with a proactive, adaptable mindset. Key Responsibilities • Lead projects across all phases, from early RIBA stages through to completion. • Engage with stakeholders including schools, NHS Trusts, local authorities, funders, and design teams. • Oversee cost control, procurement, and contract administration, with strong knowledge of JCT/NEC frameworks. • Work closely with internal cost management teams to maintain robust commercial oversight. • Drive sustainability at every stage, integrating Net Zero, embodied carbon assessment, and ESG policies. • Support stakeholder engagement, funding compliance, and project reporting.
