Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position for a PBSA Specialist located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The PBSA Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of Zube\'s laundry and dry cleaning services tailored for PBSAs and university accommodations. Responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering collaborative relationships with accommodation providers and students. The role requires ensuring sustainability and student satisfaction through tailored service solutions.
