Deputy Children's Home Manager
* Location: Hartlepool
* Salary: £42,700 - £49,300 (with good attendance)
* Hours: Full time
* Contract: Permanent
Day-to-day of the role:
As a Deputy Manager you will be ensuring both staff and the young people feel secure, safe and motivated. By assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations in the home and supporting the whole team, you enable our young people to get their childhood back and create pathways to become well rounded adults.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
You must be a driver, have at least 2 years UK experience, have Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
