Blue Arrow Burton is looking for talented Chefs (Chef de Partie level and above) to join our team and support a prestigious client in Uttoxeter. If you're passionate about creating exceptional dishes and thrive in a professional kitchen environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Role Details
* Location: Denstone, Staffordshire
* Pay: £17 per hour
* Shifts: Ongoing - 1 day weekend - with 2 evenings a week - 3-5days worked.
* Requirement: Valid Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce)
Your Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality dishes following set recipes and portion standards
* Maintain a clean, organised kitchen in line with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
* Ensure proper food hygiene practices, including storage, labelling, and temperature checks
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service
* Assist with stock control and report shortages or wastage
* Uphold a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
* Experience at Chef de Partie level or higher
* Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) - essential
* Level 2 Food Hygiene ( training available if needed )
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
