Applications are invited for the post of Waiting Times Assistant within the Ophthalmology Department, Appointment’s Office, Ninewells Hospital. (Fixed Term/Secondment for 9 months)

The successful applicant will provide clerical support as part of the Waiting Times/Appointment’s Team.

We are looking for an individual who can undertake these duties in a busy department. Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of literacy and numeracy skills. Experience of NHS Tayside IT systems is desirable.

Hours of work are: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.
