We're looking for a Client Accountant to join a growing team and take ownership of a multi-site residential portfolio. This is not just a support role, you'll be empowered to manage, report and drive real financial insight across a diverse property portfolio.
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with high potential for permanent employment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Portfolio Management
* Take full ownership of a regional portfolio of residential sites - typically 4-5, depending on size.
* Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights.
Monthly & Quarterly Reporting
* Lead the creation of management packs, with commentary that brings the numbers to life.
* Drive monthly forecasting and support budgeting processes across departments.
* Deliver clear variance/trend analysis to help shape performance conversations with stakeholders.
Site-Level Engagement
* Attend monthly meetings with site teams across UK wide portfolio.
* Provide financial support and commentary to both internal external stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Accounting
